Our Story
ENLIFE Mind + Body was founded on the belief that healing begins when the mind and body are cared for together.

After more than 15 years in critical care and emergency nursing, Jennifer Burgess, Founder and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, transitioned into family practice, where she saw firsthand the growing need for more effective mental health treatment. In 2016, she began exploring ketamine infusion therapy after learning about its promising results for severe depression and PTSD – a passion that became personal when her husband, Paul, a Phoenix-based firefighter struggling with PTSD and depression, experienced life-changing improvement through treatment.

Inspired by these experiences, Jennifer began offering ketamine therapy in her own practice as Rising Health Solutions in 2022, helping patients relieve their symptoms, improve their mental health, and transform their lives. She has partnered with the 100 Club of AZ and Public Safety Crisis Solutions. Jennifer individualizes and specializes in ketamine infusion therapy for Police, Fire, and Military.

In late 2025, Rising Health Solutions entered a new chapter under new ownership, marking an exciting evolution and renewed vision for the future. Today, ENLIFE Mind + Body continues that mission through an integrative approach focused on lasting transformation and whole-person wellness.

Jennifer Burgess

Jennifer was born and raised in Northern California. She migrated to Arizona in 1996 to pursue her Nursing degree at Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2000. Jennifer spent 15 years as a cardiovascular critical care and emergency nurse in Phoenix, AZ. Jennifer was named Emergency Nurse of the year in 2011 by the AZ Emergency Nurses Association and Nurse of the Year: Contribution to Profession by Banner Estrella Medical Center. She obtained her master's degree in nursing education in 2011 from Grand Canyon University and is adjunct faculty at Grand Canyon University.
Jennifer received her post-master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 from Grand Canyon University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in Primary care, Family care, and Urgent practice with a focus on health promotion, preventative care and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and hyperlipidemia. Jennifer received her post-master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in 2025 from Purdue University Global.

Jennifer currently resides in Goodyear, AZ with her husband and 2 children and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.​
