What Is Spravato?
Spravato® is a prescription nasal spray containing esketamine, a medication that works differently from traditional antidepressants.
It is specifically approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and is administered under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider. Spravato is used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan and may be prescribed alongside an oral antidepressant, depending on your individual treatment plan.

What to Expect at ENLIFE Mind + Body
Spravato® treatment is a supervised experience designed with your safety and comfort in mind. Before beginning treatment, an ENLIFE provider will complete a clinical evaluation to determine whether Spravato is right for you.
If traditional antidepressant treatments haven’t provided adequate relief, our team will review your treatment history, answer your questions, and help determine whether Spravato may be an appropriate option.
Already Have a Psychiatric Provider?
You don’t have to change providers to explore Spravato® treatment.
If you’re currently under the care of a psychiatrist or other qualified mental health provider who does not offer Spravato, they can refer you to ENLIFE Mind + Body for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment.
Our team can provide the Spravato treatment and clinical monitoring while you continue working with your existing psychiatric provider as part of your overall care plan.
Your Treatment Experience
Spravato is administered as a nasal spray under the supervision of a healthcare provider in a certified treatment setting. You’ll remain at ENLIFE for observation while our team monitors you for potential side effects, including changes in blood pressure, dizziness, sedation, or dissociation.
Your treatment experience may include:
1. Clinical Evaluation
We'll review your mental health history, current medications, previous treatments, and overall health to determine whether Spravato may be appropriate for you.
2. Supervised Treatment
Spravato is administered as a nasal spray under the supervision of our clinical team.
3. Comfortable Monitoring
You'll remain at ENLIFE while our team monitors you following treatment. Patients must be monitored for at least two hours after administration.
4. Continued Care
Your provider will evaluate your response to treatment and determine the appropriate course of care based on your individual needs.
