ENLIFE Mind + Body to Open Rebranded Wellness Clinic in Goodyear
West Valley wellness clinic expands services under new name following acquisition by the ownership behind Enliven Home Infusion Specialists
GOODYEAR, Ariz. — June 10, 2026 — ENLIFE Mind + Body, formerly known as Rising Health
Solutions, is now open at 700 N. Estrella Pkwy. in Goodyear, Ariz., bringing expanded
integrative wellness services to West Valley patients. The clinic is the culmination of more than a
decade of work by founder Jennifer Burgess, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C - a Goodyear
resident, award-winning nurse practitioner, and the driving force behind one of the West Valley’s
dedicated ketamine infusion practices.
Burgess spent 15 years as a cardiovascular critical care and emergency nurse in the Phoenix
area, where she saw more patients for depression and anxiety than for diabetes or
hypertension. Many of her patients were on multiple medications with little relief. In 2016, she
discovered ketamine therapy, and 3 years later, committed to the treatment after her husband, a
Phoenix firefighter, began experiencing severe symptoms of PTSD and depression. After six
ketamine infusions over two weeks, his symptoms greatly improved.
“I had seen what this treatment could do in the research, but watching it work for someone I
loved - that changed everything for me,” said Burgess. “I knew I had to bring this to my
community. Too many people needed it and had nowhere to go.”
Burgess launched ketamine infusion therapy in her own practice in 2022 and founded Rising
Health Solutions in Goodyear. She built a practice with a particular focus on police, firefighters,
and military personnel, leading the clinic to become a credentialed provider with the Department
of Veterans Affairs and an official partner of the 100 Club of Arizona, a nonprofit supporting first
responders and their families.
In January 2026, the ownership behind Enliven Home Infusion Specialists - a leading provider of
home infusion nursing services - acquired the clinic, providing expanded operational support
and strategic investment without altering its clinical leadership or patient-first approach. The
rebrand to ENLIFE Mind + Body reflects a deeper commitment to integrative, whole-person
care, with an expanded service menu that now includes medical weight management and IV
nutrition therapy alongside the clinic’s established ketamine infusion program.

“Jennifer has built something the West Valley genuinely needed, and has done it by putting
patients first at every turn,” said Ray Landingin, RN, CEO of Enliven Home Infusion Specialists.
“Our role is to give her team the foundation to reach more people and keep doing the work that
matters, without changing what makes their care exceptional.”
ENLIFE Mind + Body offers medically supervised ketamine infusion therapy, medical weight
management programs including semaglutide, tirzepatide, and phentermine protocols, and a full
menu of IV nutrition infusions and injections. The clinic offers 15% preferred pricing for eligible
military members, veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals.
To celebrate the grand reopening, ENLIFE Mind + Body will host a community event on
Thursday, June 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Goodyear clinic, located at 700 N. Estrella
Pkwy., Suite 220, featuring an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, clinic tours, raffle giveaways, and
light refreshments. The community is encouraged to attend. Those who wish to attend can
